Prerequisites: Character must already be a Mutant or Psion.

Benefit: This grants 1MP at level 1 and one more MP at every 5 level, ie: 5,10,15,20 for a total of 5 more MP.

Normal: Without this feat the only way to gain MP to spend is with a Drawback.
