Prerequisites: Character must already be a Mutant.

Benefit: The Character can now have more then 1 secondary Mutation of each time. This still means that they can only have 1 primary but now they can have more then 2 of each type of Mutation. Also this ignores upgrade costs for secondary mutations. This also allows the Character too ignore costs for new mutations after the 3rd mutation.

Normal: Without this feat, a Character can only have 2 mutations of each type. 1 Primary and 1 Secondary. Also the Secondary costs 1MP more to acquire and 1 more too upgrade, this feat ignores the additional upgrade cost. It also ignores the acquire cost for mutations beyond the 3rd mutation.
