Prerequisites: Character must already be a Mutant.

Benefit: The Character can now have more than 1 secondary Mutation at a time. This still means they can have only 1 primary, but now they can have more than 2 of each Mutation type. Also this ignores upgrade costs for secondary mutations. This also allows the Character to ignore costs for new mutations after the 3rd mutation.

Normal: Without this feat, a Character can only have 2 mutations of each type. 1 Primary and 1 Secondary. Also, the Secondary costs 1MP more to acquire and 1 more to upgrade; this feat ignores the additional upgrade cost. It also ignores the acquisition cost for mutations beyond the 3rd mutation.
