Prerequisite: -

Benefit: The Character can ignore the no advantage penalty for using their Off-Handed weapon. They do not simply get an advantage because the weapon is in their off-hand. Also, this only counts for valid off-hand weapons. IE: Any weapon that is not considered 'heavy', 'clunky', 'two-handed' cannot qualify. Also, they can target a different opponent if they wish.

Normal: Normally, a Character can use a second weapon in their off-hand, but they gain no advantages for using it. There are additional penalties depending on whether the weapon is ranged or melee. However, this rule applies only to the no advantage penalty. Also, normally, a Bonus Attack Action must target the same opponent as the Action that earned the Bonus Attack. Usually, the target of the Standard Attack Action.
