Companionship

Prerequisites: -

Benefits: Allows a Character to have an Animal or Robot Companion. The rules for companions are located on the Hero Companions page. The Companion level is 1/4th that of the Character. The Character, when interacting with this particular peat or robot, does not need to perform any checks.

Normal: Normally, a Character can have a Pet or Robot, but the companion only levels up at 1/5th the rate of their owner. Also, the owner has to make a Handle Animal or Charisma check to get the creature to do things, though at a lower DC than with a random animal. As for the robot, a Computer Use check is required.

Special: You can upgrade this Feat with the Improved Companionship.
