The Character gain install a single Utility Implant without becoming a full cyborg. If the Character is already a Cyborg and thus has a Framework, they can either gain 1 Cybernetic Point or 1 Cybernetic Slot. This doesn't have any prerequisites.

Prerequisite: -

Benefit: Gain a Power or Slot. Or be able to install a Utility Implant without becoming a full Cyborg.

NOTE: The maximum amount of Points any Cyborg can have is 10, and the Maximum number of Slots is 6. This cannot change that.

Special: You CANNOT take this Feat more then once.
