You are progressing and improving your Cyborg self. You can add/upgrade Cybernetic implants. You are now a Level 3 Cyborg.

Prerequisites: Cyborg Enthusiast

Benefit: Learn more about Cybernetics here. This will allow the Character to gain nonbiological enhancements. The total number of Power and Slots available to the Character is now increased as a Level 3 Cyborg.

Normal: Without this feat, a Character must either take a new Detractor from the list or enhance an existing Detractor in order to level up their Cyborg frame. Special: -
