This can provide a +1 Accuracy bonus only for weapons with large or bigger ranges, same as a Standard Scope. However, this can overlook the disadvantages of poor lighting.

Benefit

+1 Accuracy bonus to Ranged Weapons only. This only works on targets that exceed the initial range increment. Ignores penalties for poor lighting.
