Heavy Armor Training

Prerequisite: No Other Proficiency Training. IE, If you pick this, you cannot also pick Heavy Melee or Heavy Ranged Weapon Training.

Benefit: Allows one to gain Proficiency Level 7 and higher for only 1 Training Point instead of 2 in the Armor Branch.

Normal: Normally, a Character has to spend two points for level 7 or higher.
