Prerequisite: -

Benefit: Immediately gain a level in any Proficiency train currently available. This includes levels that require spending two points. (Cannot be used to unlock the Power Armor Tree.)

Normal: Normally, a Character only gains a Proficiency point to spend on the Proficiency Tree by leveling up. Every level, the player gains a point.

Special: This Feat can be taken more than once.
