Prerequisite: Akimbo Specialist, Advantage Die d10

Benefit: Removes damage die penalties for using two ranged weapons. The Character can now use their off hand as effectively as they can with their regular hand, with the exception that the off hand still can only use ranged weapons that are not considered 'heavy', which by default means Level 7 or higher weapons. The Character can also add 1/2 their Extra Damage stats, rounded down.

Normal: Normally, a character that uses an off-hand ranged weapon has their damage die reduced by 1.
