Prerequisite: Akimbo Specialist, Advantage Die 1d6+5

Benefit: Removes damage die penalties for using two ranged weapons. The Character can now use their off-hand as effectively as they can with their regular hand, with the exception that the off-hand still can only use ranged weapons that are not considered 'heavy', which by default means Level 7 or higher weapons. The Character can also add 1/2 their Extra Damage stats, rounded down.

Normal: Normally, a character that uses an off-hand ranged weapon has their damage die reduced by 1.
