This is a Power Armor Mod. Please review the Power Armor rules for more information.
This provides a +4 to Passive Perception and normal Perception checks. This also makes the Wearer immune to certain types of stealth as this enhancement uses Rader/Lader/Sonar/Micro-wave detection systems. However most ships or other Power Armor Stealth systems also jam those things.
