Prerequisites: Companionship feat
Benefits: This allows the companion level to be 1/2 the character level instead of 1/4th the companion level.
Normal: Normally a character cannot even have a companion without the Companionship feat. On top of that the companion is only 1/5th the character level unless you are a special class that allows for higher levels or you take this feat.
