Prerequisite: Akimbo Specialist
Benefit: Removes all the penalties for using two ranged weapons. The Character can now use there off hand as effectively as they can with regular hand with the exception that the off hand still can only use ranged weapons that are not considered 'heavy' which by default means Level 7 or higher weapons.
Normal: Normally a character that uses a off handed ranged weapon has to take disadvantage when doing accuracy checks.
