Prerequisites: Simple Proficiency, Advanced Proficiency

Benefits: The Character doesn't take disadvantage when using heavy melee weapons. Heavy Melee weapons are any weapon that is between level 7 and 8.

Normal: Normally a character cannot use a melee weapon that he/her is not proficient in without taking a disadvantage. The rules for weapon levels is located here.
