Improved Two-Weapon Fighting

Prerequisites: Dexterity 13, Two-Weapon Fighting, Affinity Die 1d8.

Benefit: The character can now apply there affinity die to accuracy checks for there offhand weapon if they have the correct proficiencies.

Normal: Without this feat a character cannot use there affinity with there offhand weapon.
