Benefits: You can add your affinity bonus to Charisma based rolls while at the Comms position.

Normal: Normally a Character cannot add there affinity bonus to Charisma based rolls while at the Comms position. In fact they take disadvantage if they also do not have the Spaceship Operations Feat.
