Prerequisite: N/A

Benefit: Immediately gain a level in any Proficiency train currently available. This includes levels that require spending two points. (Cannot be used to unlock the Power Armor Tree.)

Normal: Normally a Character only gains a Proficiency point to spend on the Proficiency Tree by leveling up. Every level the player gains a point.
