Prerequisites: Drive 4 ranks, Vehicle Expert.
Benefit: A Character can use this Feat to attempt to stop another Vehicle, Space Ship, or boat from moving forward or in one direction. The DC is 15 and the role is a Drive skill check. This can only happen if stopping is physically possible without totally destroying either vehicle.
