- Lingers
- This means that the effect will stay within the range specified by the Charge for a certain amount of time. The time is generally specified after the word 'Lingers' in parenthesis. IE: (1d4 rnds). This assumes that they are in combat. Each around is 3 seconds if the explosive is used outside of combat time.
