Benefits: Allows a character to assist multiple people at the same time even if the actions are unrelated and different. The number of different people that can be assisted in one turn is equal to the character's Wisdom Mod.

Normal: Character's can normally only assist one person at a time.

Special: This also accounts for aiding someone with Crafting skills. With crafting Structure skill checks this also helps reduce the time it takes to manufacture by 10%.
