Prerequisite: Akimbo Specialist

Benefit: Removes all the penalties for using two melee weapons. The Character can now use there off hand as effectively as they can with regular hand with the exception that the off hand still can only use melee weapons that are not considered 'heavy' which by default means Level 7 or higher weapons.

Normal: Normally a character that uses an off-handed melee weapon has to reduce the damage die by one die level. IE: 1d8 to 1d6.
