Power Armor Expert

Prerequisite: Requires at least 5 levels in Armor Proficiency.

Benefit: Immediately gain a point in Power Armor Proficiency Tree. As well as unlock the tree for further advancement.

Normal: Normally a Character cannot train in their Power Armor Proficiency Tree. This Feat allows a Character access to the use of Power Armor/Mechs.
