Allows the Wearer to preform on the fly repairs to objects even during combat. Including on the hull of a ship during combat. The Suit acts as a Electrical, Mechanical, Demolitions Tool Kit. With 50 uses that can be recharged. If they can already preform a repair on the fly or as a Simple or Free action then they can now preform two repairs in the same turn as long as it doesn't require moving.
